Four lots approved for former BK in Floral Park

The former Burger King lot in Floral Park is approved for four lots. This is on Hillside Avenue and 259th Street. So the four lots means the location is approved for subdivision of the existing single lot into four zoning and four tax lots to give four separate units for commercial and retail.

The 20,000 square feet lot was sold on June 21 to new owner, Vinod Patel for $5.1 million.

Construction is underway and expected to be complete next year.
