Flushing man busted for Brooklyn homicide

Police arrested Donovan Boomer, 25 of Flushing and charged with homicide. The incident happened last December 20, 2017 in Williamsburgh, Brooklyn where Jose Osoria, 19 was found dead. He is charged with second degree murder and other charges.
