Floral Park resident arrested for burglary at a New Hyde Park pub

Nassau County police arrested Christian Guardiola, 33 of Floral Park and charged with burglary after investigation. The incident was reported on November 29 around 1:30am after video investigation leads to the suspect. This is at the Moonlight Pub on Hillside Avenue near Langdale Street in New Hyde Park. The pub was closed and the suspect broke inside through the front entrance. He is released without bail and his next court date is December 9. He is represented by court appointed lawyer. He was also arrested on August 18 for driving without license. That case is ongoing at Queens Criminal Court  in Kew Gardens.
