Fire at JFK parking garage with multiple injuries

The Port Authority Police reported a car fire inside the level 2 garage at the JFK airport. The incident was reported this afternoon around 1pm. The fire marshal says one car fire extended to another. EMS transported three members of the Port Authority service to local hospitals. There were no civilian injuries and flights were not affected. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
