Police are at Horace Harding Expressway and Utopia Parkway reporting a suspect, female robbed a victim while walking. The suspect is seen wearing a black leather jacket and blue jeans. Last seen heading southbound on Utopia Parkway. Ongoing investigation. Now reporting it?s a teen female with a group. Police are questioning the teen?s group.
