Female struck by vehicle on Queens Blvd

Police reported a female was struck by a vehicle and taken to a local hospital in critical condition. It happened on Queens Blvd and Hillside Avenue around 6am. The 35 year old victim was crossing the street when the driver refused to stop. Several witnesses approached the scene and a good samaritan took the victim to a local hospital. Ongoing investigation.
