Felony charge bill introduced after attacks on cops with water

Two local NY Assemblymen, Michael Reilly of Staten Island and Mike LiPetri of Long Island introduced a bill to charge anyone with felony if attacked cops with water. This came after cops were doused with water in Harlem and Brooklyn. The felony charge will carry 1 to 4 years in jail if convicted. So far only 3 people have been arrested.
