F train delays to Jamaica

The NYPD is at the F line subway station at the Van Wyck Expressway reporting a teen fell off the top of the train while moving.

A witness stated to police the statement and the teen was seen surfing at the station.

EMS transported the teen to a local hospital in critical condition.

ESU is working on the scene.

Police are also working on crowd control.
