Emperor gave ok for fireworks for July 4

The NY governor announced fireworks will happen on July 4 organized by local communities. For Long Island, Jones Beach will have the usual event at 9:30pm for all to look up in the sky. There is a $10 parking fee and will be closed once the lots are full so arrive early. Macy's fireworks will start at 8pm in lower Manhattan by the East River and will be done by 10pm. The best view are in Astoria and Long Island City. Better yet, cough up $2.75 and ride the ferry.
