Elmont man accused of sexually assaulting a student at Floral Park high school

Police arrested Daniel Valenzuela, 22 of Elmont and charged with sexual assault. The incident was reported at Seawanhaka High School in Floral Park.

The alleged incidents took place between June and October 2019. He was arrested on December 6 morning out of his Elmont home.
