Elmhurst DEP remains open despite one death from coronavirus

Remember the city need that sewer charge money for their budget despite water usage is not high in average homes.
One worker at the Elmhurst Dept of Environmental Protection died on Thursday from COVID-19. Almost 10 other workers are tested positive. The city wants all workers to come to work still despite protests.
