EMT busted for choking and raping a 10 year old in Hollis

Police arrested Franz Petion, 25 of Hempstead and charged with sexual assault and rape of a 10 year old in Hollis. It happened on Sunday, March 4 around 3:20am inside a home on 202nd Street in Hollis. Police reported the victim was sleeping in the second floor where she was sleeping. Petion was suspended without pay for 30 days pending investigation.
