EDP causing rampage on Hillside Avenue

Police are at Hillside Avenue and 191st Street reporting an EDP while walking on Hillside Avenue followed a woman to her home and locked himself inside. After stand-off, NYPD ESU managed to place the EDP in custody and released the woman. Hillside Avenue is clearing up from traffic.
