Drug dealer arrested and officers recovered large quantity of crack cocaine

A drug dealer was arrested this morning after being caught smoking on a train by the Public Safety Team. Officers recovered a large quantity of crack cocaine, along with a scale and packaging materials used for distribution. The subway system is the lifeline of the city.
