Double the wait time to make turns on Little Neck Parkway and Tulip Avenue

From Jamaica Avenue going east, there is a wait time of three minutes or more to make a left turn on Little Neck Parkway. The same with Jericho Turnpike going west to make a left turn on Tulip Avenue.
