Dormer extension in Glen Oaks Village Coop is underway for two units

The units, 247-30A and 247-30B on 77 Crescent and 247 Street are adding an extension serviced by Custom Built Homes. The cost of extension is $46,000 for each unit for architecture and planning. Construction and materials are additional with a total resulting around $120,000 to $150,000 depending on the size.\
