Domestic violence turned bad in Ozone Park

Police were called to a home on 133rd Avenue and 130th Street in Ozone Park reporting a man barricaded inside a home with his wife while holding a gun. The gun belonged to the wife who is an off-duty cop with the NYPD. From neighbors, the husband accused the wife of adultery and all hell breaks loose. The woman managed to escape from the window. It started around 8:30am and took hours to bring the drama down when the man fired the gun aiming at the police outside. Cops returned fire striking the man in his arm. Then ESU entered inside and brought the man under control. He is taken to a local hospital and charges are pending. One local civilian was injured along with four cops.
