Dog dead after thrown out from a Flushing building

Friday night, police were called to Prince Street and Main Street of an apartment on 40th Road reporting a dead dog on the sidewalk. Investigation disclosed a domestic dispute leads to the incident. Suspect is a male, 35 wanted for throwing the dog from the 7th floor. Before the police arrived, the perp picked up the dog and took off. Ongoing investigation. Reported 1pm.
