Division of Criminal Justice Services has published its data for 2019

According to New York Division of Criminal Justice Services, for the year 2019, five areas reported dismissals of the following cases.
54% of all arrests in NYC were eventually dismissed.
60% of all misdemeanor arrests in NYC were dismissed.
44% of all felony arrests in NYC were dismissed.
87% of misdemeanor arrests resulted in neither a jail nor a prison sentence.
77% of felony arrests resulted neither a jail nor prison sentence.
