Dispute turned into shootout in downtown Flushing

The NYPD closed off 137th Street in downtown reporting a dispute turned into one shot. This is by 34th Avenue near the local Leavitts Park. A witness say this was at the daycare center lobby of a building across the park.

EMS is working to transport the bullet victim to a local hospital.

So far no arrests.

Ongoing investigation.
