Dispute between a unidentified individual and a cab driver

On 2/1/25, at approx. 2:00 AM, in the vicinity of 40-24 College Point Blvd in Queens, inside a livery cab, an unidentified individual was engaged in a dispute with the 63-year-old driver regarding the fare. Following the dispute, the individual exited the vehicle and discharged a firearm. No injuries were reported.
