Delays on Jericho Turnpike in Floral Park

A driver made turn on Carnation Avenue from westbound Jericho Turnpike and went over the island. The vehicle is stuck on the sidewalk with a baby in the back seat. Several witnesses reported the driver was on the phone and called 911.
