Dead body reported in Nassau County

Police closed off the parking lot of an auto parts store on Hempstead reporting an investigation of a dead body. This is by Grand Avenue and Christie Street. A store employee found a vehicle, sedan with tinted windows in the parking lot with a woman unconscious.

The medical examiner transported the body to a local hospital.

The incident was reported this morning.
