Police are at World's Fair Marina in Flushing reporting dead body found in the water. ESU enroute. Part of Whitestone Expressway closed. Ongoing investigation. Now reporting its a homicide as the body was found with bullet and tied around. He has been identified as Michael Panico, 53. Medical examiner reported it was suicide.
