Data comparison for speed camera violations in NYC

According to NYC Dept of Transportation, April 2020 reached all time high for speed camera violations at 497,655. For the violator who were caught repeated violations stands at 323,466. This does not includes city officials, NYPD, etc.
The same month for 2019 stands at 90,330 with repeated violators at 81,042.
The same for March 2020 at 346,582 and repeat violators at 269,290.
