DOB issued hefty fines after LIRR commuters complained in Little Neck

The construction was issued to Tracking Number Holder R&E Renovations Inc. After commuters complained of unsafe conditions, the city's building department issued total penalties resulting $27,500. The violations include inadequate fencing, failure to have a required Construction Superintendent on site, and failure to provide protection for the roof of an adjoining property. The company has taken the measured steps after the violations.
