Cuomo to decide when NYC schools will open

After Mayor de Blasio announced in a press brief today, NYC public schools will be open in September, Governor Cuomo issued a press statement such decision are made by the state government and not local. Cuomo will announce the plan when the time is right. Until then NYC Mayor also has to wait and be patient along with the rest of local governments and the parents.
