Cuomo ordering executive action to wear masks by all

Governor Cuomo announced a new executive order that all New Yorkers must wear masks when social distance is not maintained. This is including NYC. So far, Mayor de Blasio has not responded. This is for locations such as intersections, public transportation and local areas. The effect will go in three days. Cuomo has not responded to fines or violations. This includes NYPD, FDNY and etc. So far 2,156 members of NYPD tested positive.
Cuomo quoted, "If people don't follow it, we could do a civil penalty," He says enforcement are done locally such as disorderly conduct.
