Crime no civil maybe

The Manhattan DA, the brand new man, Bragg is looking to drop all criminal charges against Trump. This came after two prosecutors resigned all of a sudden while working on the case years and years under the former DA Vance who decided not to seek re-election. Although Bragg refuse to issue a press statement, his office says the next update will be announced soon without a timetable.

This sent shockwaves to many.

Now comes the civil case on tax fraud which is handled by the NY Attorney General James. Civil cases are mostly non-trial versions with penalty only as the outcome for most verdicts unless real evidence is found for the IRS to investigate.

According to inside sources, many believe the civil will be dropped giving Trump a victory in NY.
