Couple rescued after sex romp went wrong near Fort Totten

Police are at Utopia Parkway and Cryders Lane near Fort Totten reporting a couple were stuck by the rocks after sex romp went wrong. After the male called 911, police were able to rescue both from the nearby waterfront under the bridge. There is no investigation but one was heavily drunk and fined $25 for the open bottle.
