On Mitch McConnell, Cuomo quoted, NYS puts $116 billion more into the federal pot than we take out. Kentucky takes $148 billion more from the federal pot than they put in. But we don't deserve help now because the 15,000 people who died here were predominately democrats?
This is from McConnell's GOP group quoted, New York was running a multi-billion dollar deficit *before* coronavirus due to their bad decisions & liberal policies. The GOP states are happy to help support coronavirus response in NY and elsewhere, but we don?t want to bailout non-corona policy failures.

This is from de Blasio
The NYC Health Commissioner stated almost 1 million people in the city have been exposed by estimate so more testing is needed. de Blasio stated, "The coronavirus is alive and well and living in New York City" after 2,519 new cases with 320 deaths yesterday.
The current testing capacity is 11,000 per day and the city needs more people to come forth. More locations especially walk-ins are in the works.
Kosher Grab and Go meals were gone by 7:30am citywide after introducing and the website for location was down after 311 volume calls.

This is on the nursing homes issue between state and city
Cuomo stated, nothing went wrong with state regulations after 25% of deaths occurred in nursing homes. Cuomo stated all nursing homes are mandated by law to have protective equipment for staff, isolate COVID residents, no visitors and only readmit COVID residents who can be cared for properly. It's not the state's job to provide PPE to nursing homes. Cuomo stated nursing homes that can't provide adequate care for those tested positive are required to transfer those residents.
The NYS Attorney General has started the investigation into nursing homes pending details.
de Blasio announcing of doubling the clinical personnel going to nursing home and increasing PPE shipments by 50% in NYC.
