Constant harassment has call for help only in Glen Oaks

In a day's worth, both workers and patrons at Glen Oaks Shopping Center experience constant harassment and verbal disputes with sometimes assaults involving homeless, EDP and others. The stores have number to call for help at NYS Office of Mental Health beside 911.

When officials at NYS Mental Health classifies a non-patient, the call is forwarded to 911.

Then forward to EMS for hospital route for observation to decide from there with social workers. The process has been continuing with no results as many are back in Glen Oaks keep doing the same incidents over and over.

Meanwhile, many stores in the shopping center has lost customers but able to continue due to franchise deals with brand recognition.
