Congregation outside bars or eateries in NYC is over

Mayor de Blasio stated there will not congregation outside any NYC bars and eateries. This includes restaurants with bars. Over the weekend, people went to their local bars for pick up and was seen outside with drinks while socializing. NYPD will monitor this activity. Also, the sheriff's office confirmed if any drinks or live music display outside by the stores, the place will be shut down with immediate effect.
