ConEd confirmed blackouts after transformer explosion in Whitestone. Part of Bayside. Flushing and Whitestone are without power. ConEd reported the estimated restoration time is 3am. Also, more than 50 residents are without power in Douglaston on Douglaston Parkway near LIE.
