Come play games at the local NYPD game trucks

The NYC mayor's office announced NYPD game trucks for the five boroughs. Each truck will be in designated areas where kids are hanging around looking for something to do. If they don't want summer schools, join a socialized program or work, they can come inside the game truck and enjoy. There are video game consoles inside that all can play. No metal detectors inside either. This is operated by NYPD's NCOs, Neighborhood Community Officers. The mayor believes this is the advancement of please put the guns down campaign that will work for kids.
