Mayor di Blasio outlined his $74 billion dollars Fiscal Year 2015 Executive Budget Plan and there will be no new precinct to split 105th. The proposal for 116th Precinct exceeds $1 billion plus land in the vicinity of Floral Park, Bellerose and Glen Oaks.\
