Police are at 15th Road and 144 Street reporting chemical suicide. Hazmat enroute. Reporting one dead and three people taken to hospital. Heavy FDNY, EMS and ESU are on the scene. Medical examiner enroute. High CO reading in the premise and checking inside the vehicle. Ongoing investigation.
