Chase through the park in Astoria

Police busted a suspect wanted for 19 robberies in Astoria today. Reported one of the suspect wanted was on a scooter and refused to pull over. Then a chase started from Astoria Park south resulting people run for cover from the scooter chase. Finally the suspect was apprehended at the intersection of Astoria Blvd and Crescent Street.

EMS reported the suspect suffered injuries.
