Chain snatched forcibly at Roosevelt Avenue

On thursday january 15 2025 , at approximately 4:49 P.M .In front of Roosevelt Avenue in the confines of the 115 precint in Queens, The perpetrator approached the victim on a moped and forcibly removed her chain from her neck.
