Central Park closed

FDNY reported a rubbish fire at Central Park in Manhattan. It started around 1:45pm from the pile of garbage. By 3pm, the fire was brought under control after spreading around to the brushes with heavy smoke. The park is now closed. Police reported this was arson after investigation.

People nearby are to avoid the area from smoke inhalation which is very bad for health.

Update - Police have the perp in custody.
