Census deadline changed to end of September

The US Census deadline has been changed from October 31 to September 31, a month short for field data collection. NYC mayor is deeply disappointed as there is not enough time to complete without people collecting responses online, over the phone and door to door. The regular deadline remains December 31, 2020.
