Car fire on the JRP westbound

Around 1pm today, FDNY reported car fire on the Jackie Robinson Parkway. This is on the westbound by Metropolitan Avenue. The parkway was shut down then and now it's open for traffic.

EMS attended to all involved.

The cause of fire is under investigation.
