CIP closed due to jumper down in Bellerose

Police have all lanes closed on the Cross Island Parkway reporting a jumper down. All lanes closed between Jericho and Hempstead Turnpikes. ESU, EMS and FDNY are working on the scene. Police are coordinating traffic all around.

Heavy delays in both directions.

Chopper hovering above.

Avoid the route.
