Buy more bins to keep rats out in NYC

Starting September 1, all eateries with five or more locations in NYC under a single ownership must have all garbage placed inside a bin and closed. The Dept of Sanitation will be mailing out the letters to all assigned locations to comply or face fines. A warning will be issued and must be hauled away with the carting service to clear the sidewalk.

The rats are all over the city and under the new Commissioner, more plans are underway to curb the crisis.

This is a new division with $5 million budget and will increase based on the number of garbage collection data compiled by think tank firms assigned by the city.
