Burglary investigations on from both sides of Queens and Nassau

Both NYPD and NCPD reported increasing burglaries on both sides of Queens and Nassau County. This includes Floral Park from both sides, Bellerose also from both sides and its vicinities.

The latest incident was reported this morning on Jamaica Avenue near Little Neck Parkway at a local commercial establishment.

During the last week of September and first week of October, there were reported 14 burglaries, mostly residences during daytime.

Several residents reported of strangers walking in their yards while two were found sleeping by the driveway under the SUV.

EMS transported all to local hospitals and released after being cleared with no medical issues.

Also local residents are still upset with the local hotels housing people assigned by the NYC Dept of Homeless and other agencies. Despite calling out, their voices are not heard.

In the meantime, residents are advised to stay alert and have all the windows and doors locked to stay safe.

All the incidents are under investigation.
