Bullets in Freeport and Long Beach

Last night around 10:30pm, police were called to Long Beach in Nassau County reporting a male was shot to the head. This is by National Blvd and Sycamore Court.

ESU recovered shell casings.

EMS declared the male dead on the scene.

So far no arrests.

Around 1am, police were called to Freeport reporting of multiple shots fired. This was a drive by bullets fired at a home by two suspects in the vicinity of Frederick Avenue.

So far no arrests.

Both incidents are under investigation.
