Brooklyn judge released Queens man without bail

Jordan Williams, male, black of Queens was arraigned and released without bail on manslaughter charges and weapon possession of the stabbing incident on J train in Williamsburg. The incident was reported on Tuesday after the suspect, male, black was harassing people inside the subways and then assaulted a woman for which Williams, male, black stood up and defended her.

The Brooklyn DA requested 100,000 bail while the investigation continues.

Meanwhile Daniel Penny is indicted by the grand jury for the similar act and is facing 15 years in jail if convicted for the Jordan Neely incident much to a relief to local elected officials in the primary voter base needed for the upcoming election. Penny was released on $100,000 bail which he posted after raising over $2 million from the public.

The very Reverend Al Sharpton quoted Jordan Neely, "He was having a meltdown on the train. He was not threatening anyone. He was saying he was ready to die."

So far elected officials and paid protesters have not gathered to support Jordan Williams.
