Bronx man arrested for Leandras law and felony DWI on I 95 in Mamaroneck

On April 21, 2025, at approximately 1:58 a.m., Troopers from SP New Rochelle conducted a traffic stop on a 2018 Mercedes-Benz traveling southbound on Interstate 95 in the Village of Mamaroneck for multiple traffic law violations.

Upon interviewing the operator, identified as Marvin X. Gallardo, age 33, of the Bronx, New York, Troopers observed signs of intoxication. Standardized field sobriety tests were administered, and Gallardo subsequently failed.

A 1-year-old child was located in the vehicle at the time of the stop.
