Boy fell down inside power station

A teenager had felled inside an MTA power station in Queens. He was about 15 year old, fell 10 feet into a hole at an old building. He was taken to hospital. He was alert and conscious when he was at hospital.Presently he recovering his past state. Nobody have and idea, how the boy access the building, what he was doing there. Residents have complained for abandoned elevated line in the building, which is unsafe and easily accessible.
