McDonald's upped the automated ordering service in Manhattan leaving workers with boredom. 8 locations made it all automated for customers to order leaving with just one cashier for cash acceptance. The fine print in their contract outlined if there is no cashier position during their shifts, then there is no need to come to work without pay. More locations are underway to make it all automated fully while ordering from a robot made of AI, Artificial Intelligence and pick up from the counter. All customer service complaints are also listed on the ordering machine. Enjoy.
